This is an original LP Album from Fleetwood Records (FCLP 3083) featuring 
the Philadelphia Flyers 1973-74 championship season.
From my personal collection back in the 70s.  This one was purchased in 1974.
The cover shows some wear around the edges but the record remains in EX condition.
I do see a few minor scratches, typical of old records.
The paper sleeve is torn.
