Nice Adams & Westlake wall mount lantern.
This was recently removed from an antique store closing in Western PA.
It has not been altered since removal.
The wick adjustment is marked "Plume  & Atwood Mfg Co USA."
The overall height is 15" to top of chimney, and the base with attached bracket is approx 7-1/2 x 6-1/2 with an 
inside diameter is 4-3/8."   When mounted, the lamp will extend from the wall approx 8"
This is not our specialty so just did a quick internet search.
