Frame measures approx 28 x 20 with actual photo about 20 x 16
Remains in VF condition.
Frame and mat is loose causing the photo to move slightly.
No worries:  The photo has not been handled and the frame has helped protect it. 
Frame could easily be discarded and upgraded.
