Nice pair of 1881/82 Copeland bowls.
Color is brown with a castle scene, although one appears to be a lighter shade of brown.
Both are clearly marked with two Copeland marks on the bottom, and measure approx 8-3/4" diameter.  Depth is approx 1-1/2"
One has a "17" and is dated with an "Y" and "82" indicating May of 1882.
One has a "12" and is dated with an "M" and "81" indicating March of 1881.
Some tiny scuff marks along the top rim of one bowl, roughly from the 11:00 position to the 1:00 position, otherwise in EX condition.
The second bowl is in fine shape with NO chips, cracks, etc.
