Nice Cleveland city police dress jacket.
Not sure when this style was used.
Considered obsolete and for collectible purchase only.
There were two dress clip on ties tucked in a pocket that are included.
Jacket appears to be dark navy blue and contains (6) 9/16" buttons, and (4) 7/8" buttons. 
Ex condition showing light use.  No tears, stains or other issues.
No size tag present, but may be an L or XL with 21" width and 32-1/2" to top of collar.
White dress shirt not included.
