German to English translation believed to be "Luxembourg Mining and Saarbrücken Ironworks Company."
The image is marked by the well known Eckert & Pflug art publishers of Leipzig.
** There is a large German annotation on the back (see image) which we cannot decipher, except for the year "1909."
