Very nice original WWII 1941 composite of Battery B, 188th Field Artillery, Fort  F.E. Warren, Cheyenne Wyoming.

In original frame/folder with fine seal on the cover.  The composite measures 10.5 x 13.5.

The original envelope is also included, which was intended for "O. Christianson."

He has been confirmed as "Oscar E. Christianson" from North Dakota, and can be found in Row 2 center pic.

Sadly, he was killed in Germany in 1945.  He also took part in the Normandy invasion in 1944.

Unfortunately, it is likely that others in the composite may have passed around the same time.

A second group photo was found in the envelope.  This original photo is 9.5 x 8 and we are

assuming it is also the 188th.

All items are in fine condition.

The three research items below concerning the death of Pvt. Christianson are not included with the sale of the photos.
