Very nice original framed photo of the staff at LettermanGeneral Hospital,
The Presidio, San Francisco, 1918.  Four of the eight are identified in periodink:  Major Wagner, Maj. Chichester (WalterC.), Maj. J. Wilson Shiels, and Major Oliver.  
John Wilson Shiels was in charge and a very well knownsurgeon in the area.
Please review a little research below on Major Shiels.
The frame is original and measures 16 x 13.
