This is an original hand made gift from the old Cozy Corner gift store of Conneaut Lake Park, PA.
This carved wall decoration is clearly marked D. Palmeri (Daniel), 1912, co-owner of the Cozy Corner with his son Larry.
Gifted to my Grandmother in 1925 as a wedding present.
Our family lived in the park in the 1920s and 30s,  and ran a general store for many years there.
She became a permanent Conneaut Lake resident in the mid 1960s and operated an antique store
on the west side.   She kept meticulous records of all her gifts and purchases (collecting and reselling) until she passed in 1997.
Our theory is my Great Grandfather (also a well known resident of the park) purchased this years before, then gifted it in 1925.
A one-of-a-kind treasure from Exposition Park, aka Conneaut Lake Park.

This item measures 20 x 16 x 1/4 and remains in very good condition.
A very old original label remains on the reverse side, but we're still unable to decipher.
