Authentic game used stick by Ottawa Senators winger Dave Hannan, in a game at Pittsburgh on Nov 2, 1996. Hannan was playing in his final season. The stick was given to us after the game by an usher working in the visitor runway. The Pens won this game 7-3.
This is a Sherwood PMPX 9950 with "Hannan 14" on the shaft and exhibits average game use.
Take a look at the photo of Hannan in action. Hard to see, but he is skating with the same Sherwood model.
The tape on the butt end and the blade are all original.
As for the condition, the blade broke off about 3-4 inches from the heel and is approx 7-1/2" long.
There are NO other cracks in the shaft or the blade.
Hannan is most famous with the Buffalo Sabres, when on April 27, 1994, during a four overtime Game 6 at the Buffalo Memorial Auditorium, he backhanded home a shot past Martin Brodeur to win it for the Sabres, who forced Game 7 in New Jersey.
