Original 1828 indenture of land sold for $775.00 in Pittsburgh area (old Pitt Township) by
well known and well to do merchant Alexander Laughlin to Samuel Bryson.  Appears to be what is now the Lower Burrell area
of Pittsburgh.   This document is filled with historic details of the property as well as all the necessary signatures
of the period.    Considering the age, this indenture remains in good condition and perfectly readable.
Measuring 21 x 16.5 with some separation at the natural folds.  It deserves to be framed and preserved.
