c. 1917 "Road Map and Motor Guide to Exposition Park on Conneaut Lake."
I am assuming there are not many of these still in existence.
Fine details of Exposition Park on one side with the road map on the reverse.
Also features the Hotel Conneaut and Hotel Virginia.
As you can see, there are very old tape remnants on the folds of the brochure, as well as some wrinkling and creasing, but remains
in fair condition. It is completely readable, while the park side of the brochure maintains bright color.
There are no other tears, writing, or stains present. PLEASE REVIEW ALL OF THE PHOTOS.
Printed by the Matthews-Northrup Works. Although undated, we were able to determine the period
by the presence of the "Reany Hotel" which opened
in 1916 and had a name change in 1918 to the "Hotel Elmwood."
When opened up as shown in the photos, it measures 16 x 9.
Being sold as-is, absolutely NO returns.
This item will be shipped FLAT as shown.
