Nice full body image with rifles and bayonets. I am going to assume they are brothers or cousins.
They are both wearing caps identified to the Third Regiment, Co E, presumably the Kentucky State Guards.
The overall size of the cabinet card is 3-1/2 x 5-1/4, and condition is VG.
