Nice old original survey map listing the names of many land owners in Pine Township, Allegheny County PA.
Not sure of the exact year (probably 1950s-60s) but there are several dates on some lots which go back to the early 1900s
and into the 1950s.   Since I live nearby I was able to determine the location to be Wallace and Warrendale Roads.
I am sure many (if not all) were farms at the time.
Here are some of the names listed as landowners:   Haefner, Kelly, Kennedy,  Dunlap, Horwitz, Douthett, Barnes, Williby, Eichenlaub, others.
After checking some old census records, I was able to view some owners as neighbors between 1920-1950.
