1945 Beaver Falls High School (PA) football banquet set.
Includes the end of season banquet program which includes the list of events, menu, team photo, and
the complete details of the 1945 season.
The event took place on Nov 29, 1945, and I assume at a local hotel or restaurant.
This banquet program served as a cover for the collection of 6 programs from all the home
games of the 45 season.
The banquet program and the six game programs were at one time stapled together
and I presume given out to the players and coaches as a memento of the season.
All the programs are in VG condition and the banquet cover shows some wear and discoloration.
There appear to be 3 names printed in pencil on the cover, of which I can only
make out one, that being "Jake McCandless" who is listed in the starting lineup as Quarterback.
