Original clipping from The New York Times (Rotogravure Sports Section), 1925, featuring "Lefty Willis" baseball pitcher with Oglethorpe Univ and the Philadelphia Athletics.   Played in 29 games over 3 seasons (1925-1927) with Philly.  Research reveals two names, Charles William Willis in most circumstances, but his college yearbook shows us "William Leonard Willis."  Please review a little yearbook research below.
