This is the original WWI baggage service tag attributed to Ord. Sgt William A. Forsyth of Providence.
Sailing home from France to Camp Devens, April 1919. The family lived at 85 Evergreen Street, Providence RI for many years.
William later lived in Abington, Juniata County PA.
In fair condition with many wrinkles and creases. Amazing that it survived. Measuring 6.25 x 3.25.
